Audacity 2.0.3 integrates several bug fixes that should increase overall stability and functionality. The repairs address the problem with toolbar buttons that could not be pressed by “Enter” key; playback and rendering issues were also dealt with and the loop play of a sped-up track should no longer insert silent segments.
As for the changes and improvements, the new release sports new effects and new features added to Time Tracks; as such, now you have at your disposal a vertical scale with options for linear and logarithmic display and interpolation.
